1. Booking Process

Submitting the booking form does not constitute an automatic confirmation. Your booking is considered valid only after we contact you and confirm availability, and after any requested deposit has been paid.

2. Cancellations & Weather Changes

Passenger safety is our top priority.

• In case of adverse weather conditions or sailing bans by the Port Authorities, the excursion may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• In case of cancellation due to our fault or weather, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.

3. Passenger Obligations

For the smooth conduct of the cruise, passengers must:

• Be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Bring necessary travel documents (ID or Passport).
• Strictly follow the safety instructions of the Captain and crew during the voyage.

4. Liability

"Sapientza Cruises" is not liable for the loss of personal items on board or during swimming stops. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors.
